By placing an order it means you agree to my terms and conditions

1 - Items are custom made to order. When offering a free, no obligation design and quote. I will send ideas of what the item will look like including the design & picture(s) for approval before taking payment.

2 - All orders taken have to be paid upfront in full. I will not start an order without payment. A receipt will be sent with every order.

3 - If an order gets changed from the original design during the manufacturing process and it has to be started from scratch, an additional fee (subject to fabrics) will be needed to cover additional time & fabrics. The new order may be subject to a price change depending on the new design.

4 - I do NOT offer refunds as all items are custom made. I will send pictures throughout the manufacturing process to make sure you are happy with the work being undertaken. If I make an error, then I will let you know so we can find a resolution. Unfortunately, if you change your mind once work has begun, I am unable to provide any form of refund as the item will have been custom & fabrics bought especially for you. This is an agreement under UK law. Final product pictures will be sent to you before posting. Every effort is made to resolve any issues that may arise.

5 - All orders have a time frame of four (4) to eight (8) weeks which includes sourcing fabrics & manufacturing. Please allow for this. If I think it will be longer than 8 weeks I will let you know before I commit to taking your order. I cannot be held responsible for any postal strikes but will do my best to sort orders around them. If you have a deadline, please let me know. I do try and offer an express service if you need items quickly (mainly for funeral drapes etc..) but this is subject to availability and an extra fee.

6 – As items are made to measure and mostly adjustable, I use the measurements provided by you. I do try and help you with how to take the measurements. If you receive the item and it doesn't quite fit, we can work to resolve this (just send it back to me at your cost and I will cover the postage back as it could be my error depending on the item).

If the item is completely the wrong size because you have provided incorrect measurements, we can resolve it at your cost for both postage to and from and may incur an extra charge to fix.

7 - All items include FREE UK postage (Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48 for orders under £150). Orders over £150 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Parcel Force may be used if the item is too big for Royal Mail (I do not use any other courier). You will be sent a reference number as proof of postage. Items sent outside of the UK are subject to postage costs including import duty or tax which you are responsible for in full.

8 - Please let me know when you have received your item(s). If your item does not arrive, or if it turns up damged in travel please contact me as soon as possible so I can place a claim through Royal Mail as per their compensation claim policy. If Royal Mail do not deem your parcel as lost, I cannot get a refund myself to refund you.

9 – You have 7 days from receiving your custom made item to dispute any issues.

10 – Sometimes I have some pre-made items available for sale. These are sold through pictures and a thorough description. I do not provide refunds on these items. However, if you are not happy, you can return in the same condition as sold (not used or covered in horse hair) for an exchange for another pre-made item if available, or something custom made to the same value. You have 7 days from receiving the goods to raise any issues.

11 - Any new or second hand items which are not made by me are sold through pictures or videos and are non-refundable.

12- Am not held responsible for any damage horse does to the goods.
